• Subscription: Any recurring software service plan
• Project: Custom development or one-time deliverables
• Client: Individual or business entity
• Activation: Service enablement
• Milestone: Defined project phase

Subscription is considered activated once login credentials, APIs, or services are enabled.

• Cancellation must be requested before next billing cycle
• Cancellation does not imply refund
• Access remains till the end of paid period

Partial refund may be considered only before work commencement after deductions.
